So far, all that was heard and witnessed about Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's Mumbai reception was glitzy and glamorous. It, however, appears that everything about the big Bollywood bonanza wasn't as delightful. While celebrities were busy partying at the event on May 8, Rishi Kapoor, who attended as well, apparently ended up in a heated argument with Salman Khan's sister-in-law Seema, reports Peeping Moon.

The subject of dispute between Kapoor and Seema was Salman as the senior actor reportedly ranted about the Dabangg star's behavior. Sources told Peeping Moon that Kapoor isn't impressed with the 52-year-old actor's code of conduct, saying that he has neither been "greeted properly" nor "acknowledged" by Salman ever. Salman, meanwhile was rocking the dance floor with Shah Rukh Khan, Sonam and Anil Kapoor, at the reception as he revived Karan Arjun memories by singing the title track of the film for the bride's mother Sunita Kapoor, and also recreated the Jumme Ki Raat step from his 2014 film Kick with Jacqueline Fernandez. He, of course, wasn't in the picture, literally at that point.

But the scene at Sonam's party, thereafter, was no less filmy. Rishi Kapoor apparently stormed out of the event. Salman, in the meantime, was made aware of the situation by Seema and if Peeping Moon's sources are to be believed, he was quite upset and agitated, of course, by the entire episode. None of the parties involved in this case have, obviously, cared to respond. Not that a clarification is required though, in this case.
Rishi Kapoor, handsome in a suit, arrived at Sonam's reception with wife, actress Neetu Singh, beautiful in a suit and statement neckpiece.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja married in a traditional Sikh ceremony in Mumbai on May 8 and hosted a party for their friends and colleagues at The Leela in the evening. A-list celebrities including Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt attended the celebration.
